Reinaldo Javier Rivera was born in 1963 in Madrid, Spain. The Latinx serial killer operated in the U. S. He raped and killed women from 1999 to 2000. He was found guilty of only 1 murder, but faced life sentences for his assaults.

As of December 2019, he was housed in Georgia Diagnostic and Classification State Prison.
