I’ve finally completed the writeup on English serial killer Kenneth Erskine. Erskine terrorized elderly pensioners in a small area of London in 1986. He was convicted of killing 7, and suspected but never charged in the murders of 4 others. There was 1 confirmed and 1 suspected survivor.
